Be patient! These essentials are crucial: pay attention to your hip movement and breathing; focus all movement at one instant; exhale vigorously and sharply!
Kumite:
Master deai and mikiri, look for the gap in the opponent’s concentration (kyo), strike (or block and counterattack) without hesitation!
